Booking Conditions
Vacancies offered are subject to being available at the time of receipt of a completed booking form and a deposit of £100 for each week booked. Provisional bookings are held for one week while a deposit and completed booking form are sent as confirmation. A confirmed booking will be acknowledged with a letter or email. We regret that at the moment bookings must be made by post, with payment by cheque. We do not accept credit cards. Once a booking is confirmed, it is legally binding. Consequently, we advise our guest to take out holiday cancellation insurance in case they have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. Guests are requested not to smoke in the cottage, and to leave the cottage and its contents clean and tidy. We reserve the right to charge guests for any damage caused by them, and any unreasonable cleaning costs. We do not charge for dogs, but we do ask guests to clean away any hairs and mud shed by their pets in the cottage. Please do not allow dogs on the furniture or beds. Dogs must be under control at all times. All gas, Electricity, Oil and bed linen are included; we do not supply towels in Bridge Cottage. Checking in time is from 3pm on the day of arrival, and we request all guests check out of the cottage by 11am.
